Tulip was established in 1999 by Shirley Cohen Schwartz and Neta Dekel. Tulip is managed by a stuff of specialists with proven experience in operating, implementing, analyzing and auditing ERP systems and other information systems.

Neta Dekel – partner and company manager, CPA and MBA graduate, former head of finance department in a big industrial concern and manager of information systems projects. Neta has 15 years of experience with ERP project management, development and implementation of advanced financial systems and suiting practical system solutions for diverse organizational needs. Neta specializes in complex financial reporting formations.
Shirley Cohen Schwartz – partner and company manager, Industrial and Managerial Engineer and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). Former information systems project manager and specialist in systems integration, Shirley has 13 years of experience with implementation and project management of CRM, PDM, ERM and BI systems, as well as extensive familiarity with a significant variety of system solutions.
Zevik Peskin – partner and project manager, CPA, MBA graduate and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Zevik has 10 years of experience with ERP projects. He specializes in big complex projects at global multi organizational and complex industrial environments, as well as in working procedures and information system audit and control, including SOX projects.
